It started with Photoshop, and a curiosity about how images were made.
2020 was a lost year. I didn't know where I was going, so I started with the simplest thing in front of me: ICDL and Office tools. Not a big step, but it was movement.
Then I joined a graphic design diploma at Graphic School, and design became a path. I spent around three years freelancing on thumbnails, working with many teachers and entering design competitions. Sometimes I won, sometimes I lost. But thumbnails taught me the most important lesson of my career: you have one second to earn someone's attention.
In 2023 and 2024 I moved into visual design, and worked on it until it became my language. Later, I joined a marketing company as a visual and campaign designer. It taught me how markets work, but more importantly, it was the first time I felt responsible for part of a company, not just my tasks. When I started managing small projects of my own, I knew that sense of ownership was part of who I am.
In 2025 I entered UI/UX: four months with Route. Instead of waiting for work, I jumped into real projects with startup and graduation teams. That's where reality hit: business is far more complex than I imagined. So I started learning how businesses think, and merged it with UX, until I became a Product Designer.
But one thing kept bothering me: I could always see the problem and propose the solution, yet the solution stayed on the screen.
So in 2026, I took two diplomas in RPA and Automation. I learned to build workflows that take repetitive work off people's hands and move data between systems, and how RPA connects with enterprise systems like SAP and Oracle, systems I'm aiming to work with.
That same year, I earned three certificates from Anthropic, including one in Claude Code. I learned that the difference isn't using AI, it's knowing how to talk to it. Today AI is part of every stage of my work, and it saves me a large share of the time and effort. The website you're on right now was designed and built that way.
Today, I'm a Product Designer who understands the business, designs the solution, and knows how to build it.
